Frederic Mingay was born in Norwich in 1820. He married Sarah Harriet Bridges in Norwich in 1842. In 1851 and 1861 he was working as a French polisher and was living at Chapel Street, Crooks Place, Norwich. In 1871 he was living in the Greengrocer’s shop in Crooks Place in Norwich. He died before 1881.
