Charlotte Mingay was born in Norwich in 1849 and was the daughter of Frederic Mingay (1820) and Sarah Harriet Bridges. In 1851 she was aged 2 and was living in Crooks Place, Chapel Street, Norwich. She died in Norwich in 1855.
