Notes for Margaret Waring
Margaret Waring was born around 1817 in Orrell and was the daughter of collier John Waring. She had a daughter called Mary Ann, possibly by a man called John Richardson. In 1851 she was living with her parents and her daughter at the Ginnel, Hindley. She became the second wife of William Ainscough (1816) at Hindley Parish Chapel on 6th April 1856. In 1861 she was living at Farm House in Blackrod. In 1871 she was living in Little Scotland, Blackrod. She had died before 1881.
