Phoebe Fiske was born in Linstead Parva in 1779 and christened on 11th July. She was the daughter of Henry Fiske (1744) and Elizabeth Mann. She married George Howell (1776) in Orford on 23rd January 1799. In 1841 and 1851 she was living in Sweffling. She died in Sweffling from old age on 10th March 1858.
