Thomas Mangnall was born in 1825 and christened in Westhoughton on 17th April 1825. He was the son of Lawrence Mangnall (1795) and Immin. In 1841 he was living in Dobb Brow, Deane - later Westhoughton - and working as a cotton weaver. He had probably died before 1851.
