Immin was born around 1795 and married Lawrence Mangnall around 1821, probably in Westhoughton. In 1841 she was living in Dobb Brow, Deane - later Westhoughton. By 1851 she was a widow, working as a silk weaver and living in Dobb Brow. In 1861 and 1871 she was working as a silk weaver and living with son Abel in Grove Lane, Westhoughton. She died in Grove Lane, Westhoughton, on 13th October 1880 from natural causes.
