| COMPENSATION
CASE. |
| Mr.
Fielding appeared on behalf of a Mrs. Winward, 10 Leigh
Common, Westhoughton, at the Bolton County Court, on Wednesday,
concerning a compensation award. Her husband, Samuel Winward,
was killed as the result of an accident with a boiler
at the works of Messrs. J. Musgrave and Sons, Ltd., Kay-st.
The insurance company had paid in £150 3s., and
the applicant, who had two children, desired £50
down and the balance at the rate of £1 a month.
The Judge granted the application. |
