FREDERICK WINWARD (1883 - ?)
Frederick Winward was born in Westhoughton in 1883 and was the son of John Winward (1848) and Ann Mangnall. In 1891 he was aged 8 and was living at 2 Lime or Lane Street, Westhoughton. In 1901 he was aged 18, was living at 4 Derwent Road in Bolton, and was working as a cotton piecer.
