ALICE WINWARD (1813 - ?)
Alice Winward was born in 1813 and christened on 20th June at Westhoughton. She was the daughter of William Winward (1777) and Margaret Green. She married farmer Robert Green (1801) and, in 1851, was living with him and her mother at Balfours, Kirsby Lane, Westhoughton. Alice was still at Balfours in 1861 and 1871. By 1881, Robert had retired and they were liing at 28 Leigh Road, Westhoughton.
