L Twiddy was born around 1887 in Norwich and was probably the son
of William George Twiddy (1860) and Emma Munford. He was the stepson
of Joshua John Coe Broughton (1865). In 1891 he was living with his
widowed mother and grandparents in Argyle Street, Norwich. In 1901
he was aged 14, was working as a coach painter and was living at 93
Goldwell Road, Norwich. |
