WILLIAM
RICHARD HENRY RAWSTON (1858 - 1924)

William
Richard Henry Rawston was born in 1858 in Little Walsingham and was
the son of William John Rawston (1833) and Charlotte Hall. He was
the grandson of Richard Rawston (1812) and the great-grandson of William
Rawston (1784). In 1861 and 1871 he was living with his parents in
the household of his grandfather, William Hall, in Knight Street,
Little Walsingham. In 1881 he was aged 22, was working as a wheelwright
and was living in Knight Street. He married Roseanna Cooke (1858)
in Little Walsingham in 1887. In 1892 he was a wheelwright and carpenter
and living in Wells Road. In 1901 he was aged 42, working as a carpenter
and wheelwright and living at Knight Street. He died in Little Walsingham
on May 29th 1924 and is buried in St. Mary's churchyard.
