THOMAS MANGNALL (1856 - ?)
Thomas Mangnall was born in Westhoughton in 1856 and was the son of Abel Mangnall (1797) and Ellen. In 1861 he was living in Chapel Lane Westhoughton. In 1871 he was living, together with his widowed mother, Ellen, in the household of miner William Hartley in Westhoughton.
