JOHN MANGNALL (1872 - ?)
John Mangnall was born in 1872 in Bolton and was the son of Peter Platt Mangnall (1832) and Betty. In 1881 he was living at 13 Peel Street, Bolton. In 1891 he was living at 17 Glynn Street, Bolton, and working as a railway clerk. He married Rachel Pendlebury in 1895. In 1901 he was working as a railway clerk and living at 29 Osborne Grove, Bolton.
