| Jane
Mangnall was born in Bolton in 1869 and was the daughter of Peter
Platt Mangnall (1832) and Betty. In 1871 she was living at 13 Peel
Street, Bolton. In 1881 she was at 13 Peel Street and working as a
cotton weaver. In 1891 she was living at 17 Glynn Street, Bolton,
and working as a cotton weaver. In 1901 she was living with her widowed
father at 17 Glynn Street.
