Betty Mangnall was the daughter of Henry Mangnall (1800) and Mary and was born in Westhoughton in 1828. In 1851 she was working as a steam weaver in a cotton factory and living in King Street, Farnworth. In 1861 she was working in a cotton factory and was living in King Street.
