JAMES GARROULD (1815 - 1887)

| William
James Garrould was born on 27th October 1815 and christened at Halesworth
on 9th January 1816. He was the son of William Garrould (1776) and
Maria Eade. He married Ann Gibbs, the daughter of publican Edward
Gibbs, around 1851. In 1861 he was living on The Heath in Ditchingham
and was a baker and grocer. In 1871 and 1881 he was working as a baker
and living in Norwich Road, Ditchingham. He was listed as shopkeeper
and baker in Ditchingham in 1883. William died in 1887.
