EKE (1822 -1855)

Margaret
Eke was born in Heydon in 1822 and was the daughter of William Eke
(1799) and Esther Flood. In 1841 she was living with her parents in
The Street, Corpusty and was probably working as a straw bonnet maker.
She married Samuel Peacock Timbers in Binham Parish Church on 23rd
December 1844. In 1851 she was working as a straw bonnet maker and
living in Little Walsingham. She died in Gaol Street, Great Yarmouth,
on 21st February, 1855 as a result of a premature birth.
