DANIEL PRIOR
EKE (1835 - 1890)

Daniel Prior Eke was born in Foulsham in 1835 and was the son of Joseph Eke (1811) and Charlotte. In 1841 and 1851 he was living in Bintree Road, Foulsham - he was working as an agricultural servant in Foulsham in 1851. He married Mary Ann Awcock from Carlton in Lincolnshire in 1858. In 1861 and 1871 he was living on the Dyes or Dies in Hindolveston and working as an agricultural labourer. In 1881 he was working as a night watchman. He died in Hindolveston in 1890.
