ESTHER DEWING (1762-1842) | |||||||||||

Dewing was born around 1762 in Sloley, and was the daughter of John
Dewing (1732) and Elizabeth. She married Matthew Timbers (1760) in
Whitwell on 20th November 1797. In 1841 she was living in the household
of her daughter and son-in-law, Sophia and Thomas Trivett, in Dogget
Lane, Coltishall. She died, a pauper, on 24th February 1842 in Coltishall from old
age.
