BROUGHTON FAMILY

My mother's
branch of the Broughton family were living in Edgefield in Norfolk
in the mid-18th century. From there they moved to Spixworth, north-east
of Norwich, and then to Beccles in Suffolk. A last move brought them
from Beccles to Pakefield, south of Lowestoft, and finally, with Lemuel
Charles (Charlie), to Lowestoft itself.
