ROBERT BROUGHTON (1817 - 1894)
Robert Broughton was born in 1817 and christened in Plumstead on 19th January 1817. He was the son of Samuel Broughton (b. 1787) and Ann Steward. He was the grandson of Robert Broughton (b. 1748). He migrated to Australia in 1847 and married Emily Matthews at St Stephens Church, Willunga. He died in Willunga on 8th January 1894.
