| Lily
Florence Broughton was born in 1887 in Beccles and was the daughter
of Raymond Broughton (b.1842) and Louisa Garrould. In 1891 she was
aged 4 and was living in Ingate Street in Beccles. In 1901 she was
aged 14 and was living as a boarder with her parents at 3 Lakenham
Cottage, Beach Street in Pakefield. She married Frederick Markwell
in 1908.
