Frederick
Leigh Bellingall was the son of James Bellingall (1831) and Mary and
was born in Manchester in 1867. In 1871 he was living at 17 Manchester
Street, Reddish. In 1881 he was working as an apprentice mechanic
and was living at 57 Manchester Street, Manchester. In 1891 he was
working as a comber fitter and was living at 12 Stafford Street, Reddish.
He married Anne Davenport Quillin in 1892. In 1901 he was working
as a mill mechanic and was living at 13 John Street, Reddish.
