| Charlotte
Andrews was born on 8th September 1839 at Colton in Norfolk and was
the daughter of Thomas Andrews (1808). Her mother may have been Maria
Webster. In 1841 she was living in Colton. In 1861 she was aged 21
and living in Colton Street, Colton. She married Joshua Broughton
(1839) around 1864 in Norwich and was the daughter-in-law of John
Broughton (1809). Charlotte was living at 13 Wilderness Place, North
Side, in Norwich in 1871 with husband Joshua Broughton and four children.
In 1881 she was living at Beaney's Gardens in Norwich. In 1891 and
1901 she was living at 8 Wright's Yard, off Ber Street in Norwich.
