John William Ainscough was born around 1891 in Blackrod and was the son of George Ainscough (1870) and Sarah Heyes. He was the grandson of William Ainscough (1816). In 1891 he was aged some months and living at 18 Little Scotland in Blackrod. There is no mention of John William in the 1901 census.
