| James
Ainscough was born in Aspull or Hindley on 11th May 1895 and was the
son of George Ainscough (1870) and Ellen Hart. He was the grandson
of James Ainscough (1843) and the great-grandson of William Ainscough
(1816). In 1901 he was aged 5 and was living at 48 Dicconson Lane,
Westhoughton He emigrated with his parents sometime between 1904 and
1907 and died in Akron, Ohio, on 27th April 1974.
