GEORGE AINSCOUGH (1877 - ?)
George Ainscough was born in Preston in 1877 and was the son of James Ainscough (1836) and Mary. In 1881 he was living at 65 Ashmoor Street in Preston with his widowed mother. In 1891, still at Ashmoor Street with his stepfather and mother, he was working as a cotton weaver. In 1901 he was still at Ashmoor Street, in the household of his sister Sarah Ann Ainscough and working as a cotton weaver.
