AINSCOUGH (1818 - 1849)

| Charles
Ainscough was born in 1818 and christened on 22nd November 1818 at
St. Katherine's Church in Blackrod. He was the son of Ralph Ainscough
(1782) and Nanny. He moved to Oldbury - then in Worcestershire - sometime
before 1846. In that year, he married Charlotte Derbyshire, from Duxbury
in Lancashire, in Dudley. He was killed in a coal fall in 1849. At
some stage, the family name was changed from Ainscough to Insker.
