Eric Bellingall was the son of Arthur Leigh Bellingall (1877) and Alice Powell and was born in the Ashton district in 1913. He emigrated to America with his parents, leaving Liverpool on the S.S. Aurania on 5th November 1925. His occupation was listed as "school".
