Sophia Timbers was born on 12th February 1804 in Whitwell and was the daughter of Matthew Timbers (1760) and Esther Dewing. She married Thomas Trivett in Coltishall on 25th July 1826. In 1841 she was living in Dogget Lane, Coltishall. She was present at the death of her mother in Coltishall in 1842. In 1851 she was living in Dogget Lane and working as a laundress. In 1861 she was living in Coltishall, and was living at Burroughes Farm in Coltishall in 1871. In 1881 she was living in the Street, Coltishall. She died in 1884 aged 81.
