Rachel Ann Timbers was born around 1864 in Sco Ruston and was the daughter of John Timbers (1838) and Mary Buck. In 1871 she was living in Common Lane, Tunstead. In 1881 she was living with her parents in Tunstead. She married Henry William Harmer in 1881.
