Thomas Flood was born around 1819 in Bishopsgate, London, and was the son of Thomas Flood (1782). In 1851 he was working on his father's farm in Walsingham. In 1861 he was still on his father's farm. In 1871 he was living with his brother-in-law, Stephen Cushing, in Duke Road, Hindringham.
