Mary Pomfrey was born in 1779 and christened at Burlingham St Peter on 7th November. She was the daughter of Thomas Pomfrey (1758) and Sarah Golder. She married William Woodrow at Burlingham St Peter on 23rd November 1803. In 1841 she was living in Woodrow's Yard, Lower Westwick Street, in the St. Lawrence district of Norwich.
