William Flowers was the son of William Flowers (1863) and Mary Ann Knights, and was born in Pakefield in 1889. In 1901 he was living with his grandparents in Francis Terrace, Carlton Colville. He married Lillian Doris Stone (1896) around 1916. In 1891 he was living at 6 Beach Street, Pakefield. He died on board the fishing vessel "Westfield", out of Milford Haven, on 6th July 1941, aged 52.
