David Dennison was born in Peasenhall in 1822 and was the son of John Dennison (1786) and Priscilla. In 1841 he was living with his parents in Peasenhall and working as a confectioner. He married Louisa Garrould in Halesworth in 1879. From 1851 to 1881 he was living in Pound Street, Halesworth, where he was a confectioner. He is listed as such in directories from 1864 to 1885. He died before 1891.
