Ann Elizabeth Wall was born around 1855 in Cley-next-the-Sea and was the daughter of William Wall (1810) and Charlotte. In 1861 she was living in Hall Road, Cley and, in 1871, was living in Wiverton Road, Glandford. She married William Broughton (1846) in 1875. In 1881 she was living on The Green in Edgefield and working as a dressmaker. In 1891 she was living in Plumstead. After William died in 1902, she married Thomas Everett Neal (1857) in Edgefield on 26th May 1918.
