Annie Feeney was the daughter of an Irishman called Feeney and his wife Eleanor, and was born in Oldbury in 1849. She was the second wife of Ralph Insker (1847). In 1901, she was living at 26 Arden Street, Oldbury. In 1911 she was living at 3 Clay Lane, Langley.
